IT basically came down to two reasons:
1. Unable to feel full/cravings
2. Weight gain

*Just to note, I realize putting on a bit of weight is no big deal but it was the fact that I was continuing to put on weight every week, which eventually would add up and wouldn’t be healthy for me*
