Now that’s a difficult challenge because 2010 was a great food year for me. I didn’t post as many recipes on this blog as I did in 2009, but this is the year that I came back to Mexico and started a new and exciting culinary adventure. I went through my food records of 2010 and these are some of the best things I ate this past year, at the end of the post I’ll tell you which one was my favorite:
These are just the best of the best foods I ate last year. It was very, VERY difficult to choose the best of the best, but at the end, and considering everything, the following dish was the best thing I ever ate recently, and probably the best I’ve ever had.
