This morning while trudging away on the treadmill my mind wandered to both of these posts and got me thinking to what I consider sexy?
At one point in my life I thought being incredibly thin was sexy, and then I over exercised and malnourished my body to achieve that stick think look. Guess what? I didn’t feel sexy, I felt hungry, cranky and weak.
If only I looked like this person, or had hair like this person, then I would be sexy. NOT!
I thought pleasing everyone but myself was sexy. Turns out it just makes you unhappy
If being strong is sexy then the fact that I can lift at most 40 lbs is probably not turning many people on.
So what is sexy?
Being true to yourself
Doing things that make YOU happy.
Eating a diet full of foods that suit you and your body’s needs
