what causes bowel movement bleeding and what are the treatements.

I have irritation after each bowel movement, sometimes bleeding and leackeage (yellow liquid). I would to know the cause and the treatements. and what kind of food I need to avoid that might cause the bleeding. I also want to add that after each bowel movement I sit  down for couple hours and the irritation goes away. I have this condition for few years now but I've never seen a doctor about it.
