I didn't weigh myself this morning. I didn't want to know what my scale had to say. I think its getting a bit of an attitude.
The reason for this morning's rebellion was apple pie. I was craving it yesterday. SOOO, I peeled and sliced two beautiful Gala apples that were still mainly green, then melted some (fake*) butter and brown sugar in a sauce pan and poured that over them with some cinnamon, then baked them. I figured it was at least a little healthier than apple pie. It tasted YUMMY. We didn't eat the whole thing, even though we took all the apple slices out. The pan had a lot of buttery yummy drippings in the bottom that we didn't eat. I put them over a serving of fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt. It tasted a lot like apple pie ala mode, if you kept telling yourself that that was what you were eating.
But, anyway, I felt guilty for eating it and didn't weigh myself, even though I still didn't go over my 1700 calories yesterday. Each serving of the whole dessert had 200 calories and about 3 grams of fat. I guess it wasn't that bad, but it sure did taste naughty.
I use that spray butter that is cal-free and fat-free.
