Week 14: Trying to Get Motivated

Posted Sep 09 2007 12:00am

151.

Do I really need to discuss my weight loss this week? I went up a couple of pounds last week due to the back injury and going out of town for Labor Day. Then I promptly lost it after going back to eating properly and working out on the stationary bike. Same old crap.

Try new Extreme Fat Smash Diet recipes. I'm getting into a food rut, so I'm going to the Celebrity Fit Club site to pick some new recipes. The great thing about doing this diet online is that I can preplan my menus for the week and print out a shopping list. Best of all, I'll have new dishes to share with you!

Plan better. I need to start making time to pack lunch and snacks every day. Eating whatever is in front of me is not an option.
