Vive Salmon Crackers

4 Paradise Vive Soy/Linseed Crackers
4 slices tomato
1 tin Safcol Atlantic Salmon with peppers (95g)
8 cucumber slices
2 tablespoons cottage cheese (low fat)
some Spanish onion diced
Cracked Black Pepper


Arrange toppings on crackers (as above) and enjoy!
