Mushrooms are always in season! During this class, we’ll enjoy mushrooms in many ways, from marinated to dried and from baked to sautéed. Dishes will include Cream of Lobster Mushroom Soup, Marinated Mushroom Tapenade with Crème Fraiche, and Portabellas Stuffed with Blue Cheese, Corn & Squash. For the main dish, we’ll enjoy Mushroom, Lentil & Broccoli Stir-Fry. [All dishes are vegetarian and gluten-free.]
