A wholesome recipe that combines the nutrition from vegetables with the authentic oriental flavours. PREPARATION TIME : 30 mins COOKING TIME : 25 mins SERVES : 4
Green chillies -1, finely chopped
Maggi Oriental Chilli Garlic Sauce -3 heaped tbsp
Coconut -1 ½ cups grated
Grind to paste (green chillies, onion and galangal):
Green chillies -4
Onion -1 small
Galangal (type of ginger) -½” piece
Water -1 ½ cups
Salt -to taste
Beans -1 ½ cups, chopped into 1” pieces
Spinach -2 cups, shredded
Bean Sprouts -1 ½ cups
Onion -1, sliced & fried
1. In a pan mix together the green chillies, onion and galangal paste, grated coconut, water, MAGGI Oriental Chilli Garlic Sauce and salt and bring to a boil. Continue cooking on slow fire for 8-10 minutes.
2. Blanch the vegetables separately and keep aside.
3. While serving pour the sauce over the blanched vegetables and mix lightly. Top with fried onions and chopped green chillies.
