I am bringing a vegetable dish to the family turkey dinner. I am not sure what I am going to prepare. I was thinking roasted Zucchini. I could do green beans, but I'm pretty sure someone else is doing that. Any suggestions is great. But, I know it will be a roasting process, having to do with our current vegetables.
Baked tomatoes can be dressed up in a number of ways: with a little bit of crunchy sugar on top, with Italian seasonings, with Parmesean and olive oil. You can then spread it on some bruscetta or other toasted bread. You could dot the top with sliced olives, too.
