Earthfare sells a tasty vegan vodka sauce ; I served it for tonight's dinner atop brown rice capellini pasta , along with lemon pepper tempeh strips. This is going to be my last dinner without my wife and daughter for the year; they have been in India. They left on December 1st and return on the 26th; I'm enjoying a Christmas Eve dinner with friends tomorrow. Merry Christmas - I can't wait to have my family back!
