Trying out Member’s Mark 4X Probiotics #digestivehealth

Probiotics are an important part of your digestive health, balance and well being. Unfortunately, due to my food sensitivities to whey, I’ve had to stop eating yogurt, so I’m not getting probiotics in my diet like I used to. I occasionally make coconut milk yogurt and add active cultures to it, but I’ve been too busy to do that lately.
