Whether you need to adhere to a gluten-free foodstyle or you’re just curious about the amazing variety of grains and flours on our grocery shelves, come join us to explore your beyond-wheat options. (Hint: out of about 45 different kinds of flour available, only a dozen contain gluten. That means 75% of all flours are gluten-free!) We’ll talk about what gluten is, where it is, and how to incorporate non-gluten ingredients into your everyday cooking.
