1. What I’m Reading:  This Buddha Walks Into a Bar . You’ll learn how to use meditation techniques to work with your own mind, how to manage the pervasive “Incredible Hulk Syndrome,” how to relax into your life despite external pressures, and ultimately how you can start to bring light to a dark world.2. What I’m Eating: I can’t stop eating Trader Joe’s 100% Whole Wheat Lavash Chips. They’re incredibly addicting. They’re pretty salty and delicious with Sabra Supremely Spicy hummus.

3. Recipes I’m Bookmarking:  Tomato Chickpea Soup with Rice and Swiss Chard .

4. What I’m Watching: I just started watching Revenge. Though I have issues with sitting through shows longer than 30 minutes, this one grabs my attention for the full 42 or whatever it is. Ha. I’ve only watched a few episodes, but I like it so far!
