1. Reading: The New You (and improved!) Diet is a clear, easy to understand set of 8 rules for healthier living. Keri Glassman writes in a no nonsense manner, adding just a bit of scientific evidence to back up her claims.

I liked that her 8 rules are approachable and reasonable. They’re not all about eating, either; she writes about breathing methods, being more mindful, workouts, sleeping, and cleaning. A bit of everything!

2. Listening to: This Epic Disney Medley. I just reverted back to elementary school and loved it.

3. Eating: For the 3rd year in a row, Food Should Taste Good  rebranded their bags pink to demonstrate their committment to Breast Cancer Awareness. They’ve also donated $100,000 to Play for P.I.N.K. Cute bags, delicious chips, supporting a good cause? Deal. Eat up!

4. Bookmarking: Martha Stewart’s Tortilla Soup with Black Beans . The cold weather has arrived and I need this!
