The Anti-Hangover Banana Pina Colada

We've all been there... A bad week happens and sometimes a drink is the only thing that calms us down.  Unfortunately as we get older, the hangovers get worse!  This drink will prevent all the ugly hangovers with the natural hangover remedies blended into it.

Banana

Eating a banana will replenish lost potassium and other minerals after drinking too much alcohol. Bananas are soothing to the digestive tract for most people and provide something solid in the stomach.

Coconut Water

This should be a no-brainer.  We all know dehydration occurs when we drink, so why not hydrate with some coconut water.  It's even better than water because it's rich in electrolytes.  Coconut water is also rich in potassium and sodium, which your body requires when you drink alcohol.



The Anti-Hangover Banana Pina Colada

Ingredients:

2 frozen bananas
1 c. frozen pineapples
1/2 c. coconut rum
1 1/4 c. coconut water

Method:

1. Blend ingredients in a blender.
2. Serve and enjoy with no hangover.
