Inspired by the t hankful turkey craft, we made our little thankful turkey yesterday. Since our turkey only has four feathers, my preschooler had to come up with four things which he is the most grateful for. Apparently, it’s his playroom, our cars, mom and Dad and his siblings.
You need a sheet of cardboard, glue, scissors, construction paper of fall-like colors and a crayon. Draw feathers on the construction paper and cut them out. Draw and cut the body of the turkey (it’s shaped like a big pear.) Glue everything to the cardboard. Add a beak and draw the eyes. You can also draw grass and feet.
