Have any of you gotten sick of chicken? It's one of the better meats (when it's grass-fed) but sometimes it gets hard finding new ways of preparing it.  Luckily, we just got a rotisserie from my mom and we used it within the second day of having it.  See how pretty it is...
Thanks mom!

Even if you don't have a rotisserie, this meal is still doable.  Instead of investing in one, you can use the oven too!

What I love about it is you marinade the chicken the night before.  You can even do it before work.  It takes only 2 seconds!  Then when you're ready, pop it in the oven and VOILA!

Ingredients: One whole chicken 1 Tbsp. garam masala 1 tsp. ground ginger 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 Tbsp. turmeric 1 Tbsp. paprika 1 c. plain yogurt Juice of 1/2 a lemon salt and pepper to taste
Method: 1. Remove skin from chicken. 2. Poke holes in the chicken by inserting the tip of your knife into the meat, until you hit bone. Do it all over the chicken (This is so the marinade soaks in the meat). It's a great way to take out your frustration!  GRRRRR... 3. Mix all the ingredients in a ziploc bag and add chicken.  Rub the marinade over the chicken, or if the stabbing hasn't released your anger, shake it! 4. Marinade overnight, or at the very least 2 hours. 5. When ready, put in oven at 400 degrees for approximately 1 hour (if you have a thermometer, you'll keep it in until it reaches 165 degrees.). 6. Eat and be healthy!
