![]() ![]() COOL FOODS: Cucumber, lettuce, spinach, gourds, peppermimt, green tea, baked or sauted fish [ no spicy oily recipes ] , apple, strawberry, watermelon and tomato . NEUTRAL FOODS : Milk and milk products, honey, jaggery / sugar, wheat bread, brown bread, rice, pulses, cereals, potato, papaya and carrots. HOT FOOS: Egg yolk, mutton, chicken, ginger, garlic, onion, dry fruits, red & green pepper, butter, ghee, coffee & tea made in Indian style. Eat as many as possible raw. Wash thoroughly. Eat leafy vegetables as they have higher anti- oxident properties and nutritive value. To keep fruits and vegetables fresh, do not stock for more than three days. Avoid '' garam masala'' in summer. Use yoghurt based sauces in curries, and cook meat with vegetables - they turn out lighter and healthier. |
