3 cups of Swiss chard, thinly sliced
1/4 cup almond slices (optional)
Dressing:
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. honey or agave
3 tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes or grated parmesan
1/2 tsp salt
dash of cayenne pepper
1 garlic clove, pressed
Directions:
Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over the chard. Sprinkle with almond slices (optional.)
