Sweet Potato Protein Pancakes

1 small sweet potato smashed

1/4 Quick Oats

1/2 Egg whites liquid

1 Scoop of Banana creme Whey Protein

Dash of cinammon, pumpkin spice

1 pckt of stevia 

flaxseed oil

 

Combine all ingredients, cook in heated pan and sprayed with cooking spray. 

Cook for a min or two then flip.

Serve with strawberries or any healthy toppings you like.
