1 1/2 cup self - rising flour
3/4 cup plain flour
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup lemon juice
125 g butter
2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 cup castor sugar

MethodGrease a 14 cm x 21 cm loaf pan, line base with paper; grease paper.
Sift self- rising and plain flour together.
Cream butter , lemon rind and castor sugar in small bowl with electric mixture until light and fluffy; beat eggs one at a time, beat until combined.
Transfer mixture to large bowl. Stir in fruits, then half the sifted flours with half the combined sour cream and lemon juice, then stir in remaining flours and lemon mixture.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake in moderate oven at 190 - 200 8 C or 375 - 400 * F for about 1 1/4 hours. Stand for 5 minutes before turning on to wire rack to cool.
