Strawberry Chocolate with Cream

Chocolate coated strawberries served with whipped cream
Serve 4
Time required : 30 minutes plus chilling time

You will need

24 fresh strawberries
100ml fresh cream, whipped
4 tablespoon ( 60 g ) sugar
350 g milk chocolate
50 g butter
A few mint leaves for garnishing


Wash and stem the strawberries. Whip the cream and sugar together till well blended and light. Keep it aside. Grate the milk chocolate in a heavy bottomed pan. Add butter and keep stirring over low heat till melted. Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate sauce and keep in a cooler to set.

Put chocolate coated strawberries on a serving plate. Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
