Before the Fry

Veggie Mix

Stir Fry for dinner

Mung bean sprouts, chopped broccoli, celery, carrots, onions, scallions, serrano peppers,  garlic, coconut oil

Peeled raw shrimp

Buckwheat Soba (no wheat)

Fish sauce, cooking rice wine

This is easy to make. Chop the veggies, boil water for the soba. Start the soba boiling

In the pot!

and fire up the heat under the coconut oil in the wok. When it starts to smoke, throw in the veggies and stir-fry them over high heat until you can smell them caramelizing; add the rice wine to slow the cooking a little and cover. When the broccoli starts to soften, add the shrimp and fish sauce, drain the soba and stir it in, and turn off the heat. Serve as soon as the shrimp turn pink and curl.

The result!
