Stir - fried tiger prawns ( Thai style )

Time required : 30 minutes
Serves : 4

You will need

4 piece tiger prawns / king prawns
10 ml olive oil / cooking oil
6 stalks lemon grass
15 g green chillies , chopped
4- 5 flakes of garlic
5 g black pepper powder
10 g rock salt

Method

1, Heat five ml oil in a pan and stir- fry the prawns for about five or seven minutes.

2, Smash the lemongrass and green chillies till almost flat. Heat the remaining oil in a wok and sauté the garlic.

3, Add the lemongrass and green chillies and continue to sauté.

4, Finally add the prawns and sprinkle the black pepper powder and rock salt.

5, Serve warm.
