Stir- fried garlic chicken ( Thai style )

Time required : 25 minutes
Serves : 4
Ingredients
250 g chicken breast
2 tablespoon vegetable oil ( or olive oil )
2 flakes garlic , chopped
1 red
chilli
, chopped
½ each ,red and yellow peppers , julienned
4 leaves basil , chopped
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Method
1, Take a pan and heat oil in it , add garlic and red
chilli
. Saute well for three or four minutes.
2, Then add the peppers and chicken along with chopped basil . Saute for 15 or 20 minutes more.
3, Put in the oyster sauce and soy sauce and add a little water. Sprinkle the basil leaves. Serve with rice.
