Processed food is not the only thing laden with unpronounceable ingredients. Have you checked out your spice rack lately? We have several seasonings for chicken, steak etc. I was pretty sure I'd find MSG in some of them, but was shocked to read that there were trans fats in some of them. Thankfully two of my favorites, Williams Chili Seasoning and Ton'es Canadian Steak Seasoning, don't even have anti-caking agents. What's hiding in your cabinents?
