Wash and clean cauliflower florets.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan / wok / kadai. Add chopped spring onions or onion and fry till golden brown.
Add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add cauliflower florets, 3 tablespoon Maggi black pepper mix and 1/4 cup ( 50 ml ) water. Cover with a lid and cook on a low to medium heat till done / gravy thickens / fragrant ( approximate cooking time 15 minutes ).
Serve hot with Rotis / Pulao / Noodles / Fried Rice ....
