Spaghetti with shrimps and smoked salmon

400g spaghetti
60g smoked salmon
250 g of fresh shrimps
glass white wine
salt and pepper

Heat oil, cut onion and salt in medium heat.
Add cleaned shrimps and cook for about 4 minutes
then add cut salmon and mix well.
Add the glass of wine and cook in high heat to let it evaporate

In the meantime cook the spaghetti in alot of water, when cooked sieve and add to the the pan with shrimps, add some pepper, adjust the salt cook 2 minutes and serve.

Great meal for a weekend when you need to eat something delicious and yet dedicating few minutes in the kitchen.
