SIMPLE SPONGE CAKE

SIMPLE SPONGE CAKE
4 Eggs
100gms sugar
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
100gms refined flour
1 teaspoon butter
Method
Beat together eggs, sugar, salt till thick and creamy. Fold in flour.[ mix it slowly] . Grease the baking pan with butter. Add the cake mixture into greased and floured round baking pan.Bake in a moderate temperature 220-230* for 30 minutes.
