This salmon is amazing! My parents and I had it this week while I was at their house (Brady has been out of town all week for work). We marinated it with
2 garlic cubes from Trader Joe’s
tbsp. sesame oil
That is it! It is so good! Just throw it in the oven and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
That night with dinner we had a taste test of whipped cottage cheese vs. regular.
We decided they are both good if you like cottage cheese! The small curd is a little more watery with a few less calories (80 cal. in the 1%) and a few less grams of protein (13 per half cup – still a ton!) than the whipped.
The whipped had 90 calories and 16 grams of protein in a half cup serving. Very impressive. This tasted very similar to ricotta and could probably be used in many recipes!
