Since moving to New York City, my eyes have been opened to the wonderful world of Trader Joe’s . The asiles of organic, fairly price food amazes me. Kale, spinach, broccoli, carrots, apples, bananas, blueberries, chicken, fish, nuts and quinoa. Even chia seeds, coconut oil, stevia, maple syrup and gluten-free oats. I don’t know how they do it.
Each week I try to find something new and last week it was mangos .
