Simple healthy home made Pasta, all come down to one recipe. 100g of wheat flour to 1 egg. Making the dough and then transforming it into fettucine, or lasagne sheets (note that lasagne sheets you will need to put them first in boiling water then cold water to cool them) then you dry them on a clean kitchen or table cloth.
