Ingredients: For the base: 2 cups flour, 1 spoonful sugar,1/4 spoon salt,1/4 spoon of cinnamon, 1/4 spoon nutmeg, 2/3 cup of butter.
For the filling: 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup white flour, 1/2 spoon cinnamon, fruit (apple, pineapple etc), 1 spoon butter, 1 spoon sugar, 1/2 cup cream.
In a container mix the flour with the sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add softened butter (can use half butter half margarine) mix well adding a little cold water to make dough.
Divide the dough in half 1 piece bigger than the other. Put the small one in a plastic bag in the fridge. Roll the big piece of dough into a disc like 30 cm diameter and lay in a baking pan that you prepared with some butter
In another container mix the filling ingredients except the fruit. Then when have mixed all other filling ingredients add the fruit and mix well. Pour the mixture in the prepared dough in the pan. After this roll the other dough. Cover the mixture and seal the borders by pressing the 2 doughs. Make some cuts on the top dough. Spread some butter on top and sprinkle a spoon of sugar.
Cover with aluminium foil. Put in an oven preheated at 200° for 35 minutes, remove the aluminium foil and cook further 10-20 minutes or until juice is boiling from the cuts on the crust. Leave in oven another 5 minutes. Leave it to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
