I want to eat more fish but back off when it comes to choosing the best piece and taking it home to cook it.
I know how to cook salmon because my mom taught me as I looked over her shoulder and watch from the side.
That is about as far as my fish cooking experience goes.
I'd love to cook the more mild fish. If anyone can comment on the perfect fish and cooking technique that would be so helpful.
Meanwhile, I will be adventurous and let you know what I find.
