Seared Yellow Fin Tuna with Pepper crust

Serves 4


800 g yellow fin tuna
40 g black pepper , crushed
10 lemon wedges
50 g yellow zucchini
50 g green zucchini
25 g extra virgin olive oil
25 g miso paste ( Japanese bean paste )
5 g sea salt
5 g salt


1, Marinate tuna with salt and lemon juice. Press with crushed pepper and sear from both the sides.

2, Serve with thin slices of zucchini , sprinkle with salt and a drizzle of extra virgin oil , along with miso.
