For Fried Rice:
In another pan / wok, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Add chopped onions / spring onions and fry till pink in color and fragrant.
Add chopped garlic and fry for 3 - 4 minutes.
Add capsicum pieces and fry for 3 minutes.
Add shallow fried sausages and stir well.
Sprinkle pepper powder if you required and serve with any gravy dishes of your choice.
