RydeNow Indoor Cycling

RydeNow Logo Move over, stationary cycling. There is a new workout coming to town, and this one is a moving experience in every sense of the expression. RydeNow Indoor Cycling is the first of its kind in Houston, Texas. Houston’s first and only RealRyder® Indoor Cycling studio – RydeNow Indoor Cycling – brings the city the ryde of its life, with fun and functional “unstationary” indoor cycling classes. This dynamic method integrates several muscle groups for a cohesive, total body workout that improves strength, stability and coordination, while increasing cardio capacity and burning extra calories (more than traditional “spinning”). RydeNow Cycling At the studio’s (The Woodlands) location, 10 RealRyder Indoor Cycles stand ready on articulating frames to turn, tilt and lean, closely simulating the fluid sensation and total body challenges of actual road cycling. Class participants are guided through an energized and exhilarating workout by one of the studio’s certified RealRyder trainers, where they perform a range of dynamic, functional movements. This delivers a comprehensive, cardio intensive upper and lower body workout, going well beyond the limits of a traditional stationary bike or a spinning class. “Houston is home to a large fitness community, many of which are looking for new ways to train, stay healthy or lose weight. RealRyder bikes were created by Colin Irving, and have become a staple around the globe for competitive cyclist like 2009 Ultra Cycling World Champion, Fabio Biasiolo or Olympic Gold Medalist Mariana Pajo, both who use the RealRyder for conditioning. This bike is not just for competitive cyclist, it will provide you the workout you need in less time, and work multiple muscle groups. For a limited time, RydeNow will offer the first spinning class free to interested ryders. The class schedule compromises several class times on both weekdays and weekends. The facility is also available for private or group instruction and parties. RydeNow is located at 8000 McBeth Way Suite 110, The Woodlands, TX.
