This bread tasted just like it came from a bakery. The recipe came from the "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day" book by Jeff Hertzberg and Zoe Francois. I put kosher salt and rosemary on it and we soaked it in olive oil with black pepper. Put's a smile on our faces every time!
Also, I have some new salad plates there in the photo. I love the green color!
