I was introduced to Rooibos by a friend of mine in Italy. Then later when my Japanese friend visited South Africa she brought me Rooibos. So, since my last pack is finished I decided to look up for Rooibos. here is a place to read more on Rooibos http://www.africantea.com/
Rooibos makes an excellent iced tea. Red tea - Rooibos or Honeybush will taste fresh when refrigerated.
Serve it hot or Pour it over ice, add lemon or mint.
Honey will bring out sweetness of Rooibos.
Store Rooibos in a dry environment. Room temperature is recommended Storing dry Rooibos in the refrigerator is not recommended --- Rooibos, when prepared, can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks
