Procedure:
Sieve the flour and salt into a bowl, add the butter, cheese, egg yolk, whole egg and enough water to make a dough of right consistency.
Roll the dough into a 1/2 cm thickness, cut into strips, and put in an oven container that is smeared with oven paper and butter. Cook at 180° for about 10 minutes.
