Clean and wash the fish the well. Cut into thick pieces. Apply salt and vinegar and keep aside for 15 minutes. Drain well. Mix together all the ingredients and apply to the fish pieces. Marinate for half an hour. Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle chat masala and serve with lemon and onion salad.
