Recipe of Grilled Paneer

Grilled Paneer
You need

Paneer – 500 gm

Ginger – garlic paste- 2 teaspoon

Soy sauce- 2 teaspoon

Lemon juice- extract from 1 lemon

Honey – 1 tablespoon

Olive oil – 1 tablespoon

Tomato sauce -1/2 teaspoon

Salt & pepper - to taste

Roasted sesame seeds- 1 tablespoon for decoration

Method






Take a slab of 500 gram paneer. The standard shape will be as given in the above picture. First make a cut along the red line. Make a second cut along the blue and then the green line. You will get 8 pieces of paneer. Soak paneer pieces in warm water for 15 minutes. Drain water.


Marinate with soy sauce, ginger – garlic paste, honey, lemon juice, tomato sauce, salt & pepper . Brush the paneer pieces with olive oil. Grill for five to seven minutes. Remove , sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on it. Serve with Naan / Tandoori roti / Butter chicken masala / Paneer Butter masala. Recommending this same recipe for Tandoori paneer also.
