Recipe of Cheese Puri

1 cup Maida
½ cup wheat flour ( atta ) – ½ cup
1 teaspoon ajwain seeds
½ cup grated cheese
2 tablespoon kasooriemethi
Cooking oil for frying the puris


Mix the wheat flour, maida, grated cheese, ajwain and kasooriemethi and use little water to knead to a dough. Divide into portions and roll out into 3 “ circular puris. Heat the oil and deep – fry the puris one at a time till golden brown. Can be eaten just with a spicy chutney / alumasala / chole. Serve hot.
