Wash well and pat dry the cauliflower florets. Blend in a mixer to obtain a fine mixture. Add mashed potatoes, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, chopped coriander leaves , salt, lemon juice salt, and spices. Mix all these in a mixing bowl.
Grease your palm with oil. Divide the cauliflower- potato mixture into portions and spread each portion on a wooden skewer to form kebabs. Heat about 1 tablespoon on a Tawa and fry these kebabs over medium heat turning the wooden skewer from time to time so that the kebabs are cooked on all sides. Serve piping hot with tomato ketchup / mint chutney / mustard sauce.
