Recipe of Banana Jam

Banana peeled – 1 kg
Sugar – 1 kg
Pineapple juice – 240 ml
Juice of 2 lemons


1, Place half of the peeled bananas in a large saucepan and mash them with a potato masher.
2, Slice the rest of the bananas and add them to the pan. Stir in the juice of the lemons and the pineapple juice.
3, Add the sugar and heat the mixture on a low flame until the sugar dissolves.
4, Bring the mixture to the boil for about 3 minutes, then allow it to cool.
5, Pour it into a suitable container.

Bananas are rich in potassium and high energy giving fruit. It protect against cardiovascular disorders, protect the kidneys, builds strong bones and improves eyesight.
