4 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon sea salt
cornmeal (for dusting the baking sheet)
2 -3 teaspoons olive oil (*optional)
1 1/2 teaspoons dried herb (basil, oregano, anise, it’s up to you).
1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
Preheat the oven to 400°
This is delicious with fresh homemade celery puree !
