Real Food Challenge – Week 3

Hi all, here’s Real Food Challenge , Week 3:

Yogurt “parfait:” 2% plain greek yogurt topped with blueberries, bananas, almonds, unsweetened coconut, and all-natural granola

Coffee with a splash of milk and 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Chicken salad and avocado on whole wheat toast, mixed nuts, one square of dark chocolate with sea salt

Blackened cod, white rice, bok choy, and two dates (we didn’t have any brown rice and I was already in my sweats and slippers…so no grocery store for me)

Cup of black tea


1 scrambled egg with 1/2 slice muenster cheese, one slice whole wheat toast with all-natural St. Dalfour plum spread, blueberries, and mixed nuts

2% greek yogurt and all-natural granola

Salad with romaine lettuce, cucumbers, red peppers, artichoke hearts, and black olives – dressed with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey

White bean dip and whole wheat pita chips (post to follow)

Small slice of bakery-made cheesecake

Peppermint tea

I did 45 minutes of yoga on Saturday and close to an hour and a half of P90X yoga on Sunday (phew!). Since Monday is a holiday, I hope to get in a 3-4 mile run. Have a great long weekend!
