My brother-in-law is visiting from California so it was our excuse to order in some New York City pizza on Saturday night. Pizza, like chocolate, is my kryptonite. But, I always try to pair it with a nutritious side dish so I made a tasty spinach salad with homemade walnut oil dressing.
If I wake up tomorrow in the middle of Groundhog’s Day, that would be fine with me. A weekend spent eating pizza is one I would happily relive over and over again.
