Rawa fried achari paneer

Serves : 4
Time required : 20 minutes plus marinating time
Ingredients
200 g
paneer
10 g salt
5 g
chilli
powder
5 g
chaat
masala
powder
25 g mixed pickle
10 g flour
100 g
rawa
(
sooji
)
Cooking oil
Method
1, Cut
paneer
into triangular shaped pieces.
2, Marinate the
paneer
slices with salt,
chilli
powder and
chaat
masala
powder.
3, Sandwich the
paneer
slices with a little mixed pickle.
4, Add enough water to the flour and prepare a thin batter.
5, Dip each
paneer
sandwich into the batter and then roll in
rawa
.
6, Heat oil in a non – stick pan and shallow fry till done on both the sides. Serve with mint chutney.
Nutritive value of each serving – 251.5
